Day 1
Hop aboard a beautiful Edwardian punt and sit back and relax while gliding down the Avon River. For a more hands on experience, have a go at punting or better yet get the CEO to try it out. Then head out to the beautiful Mona Vale Homestead for a sumptuous high tea experience.
In the evening, enjoy a unique luxury dining experience with New Zealand's only Tramway Restaurant. Catch a glimpse of central Christchurch passing by your window whilst dining on a menu designed specifically for your group.
Day 2
Enjoy breakfast with the penguins at the International Antarctic Centre and learn more about life in Antarctica - with Christchurch being one of only five Antarctic gateway cities in the world, this is truly a unique experience.
Take flight with Garden City Helicopters and head to the North Canterbury region for an ultimate food experience with a unique truffle hunt and lunch in the vineyard paired with award-winning local wines.
End the day back in Christchurch and as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean, enjoy the stunning ocean views while soaking in the hot pools at He Puna Taimoana/New Brighton Hot Pools. Then head to a private gin tasting session and chef's table dinner at Ballantynes, one of Christchurch's oldest department store.
Day 3
Start the day with a team breakfast experience with Riverside Kitchen at Christchurch's boutique Riverside Market. Take on the 'masterchef' challenge - go solo or team together, gathering all you need from the market food producers then cooking a delicious breakfast creation.
Travel to the seaside town of Akaroa - on the way check out Barry's Bay award-winning cheeses before enjoying a tour of the olive farm and vineyard in this gorgeous French-inspired township. Get up close with nature on an exclusive cruise with Black Cat Cruises, to see and swim with one of the world's smallest and rarest dolphins, the Hector's Dolphin.
End your day with the fabulous chefs at Akaroa Cooking School teaching you how to cook a delicious locally inspired evening meal.
