Our complex consists of: Hanmer Springs Retreat (33 rooms including Queen rooms and 2 Bedroom Apartments), Conference Centre (seats up to 300 pax). Wedding Venue (seats up to 180 pax) and Five Stags Restaurant Bar (seats up to 100 pax; open 7 days for breakfast and dinner). Why not contact to purchase an Accommodation Voucher? The cancellation policy for our Flexible Rates is 24 hours. All cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance, any cancellations made within 24 hours would be charged 1st night + taxes. For the bookings made on Prepay Rate plans, no refund is provided if cancelled at any time.
