Our Christchurch holiday homes and apartments are fantastic for visitors, family holidays, business travellers and groups in town for events and conferences. We offer both rural and town rental properties, accommodating from 2 to 12 persons.

Pricing and Conditions

Price Range: $130 - $195
Adult High Season: $130.00 - $195.00

Rate is for 2 guests including linen. Extra guests $35 pp per night.

Any cancellations within two weeks may be charged at 50%, unless another booking is received as a replacement. Any cancellations within 2 days will be charged in full unless a replacement booking can by found. If you have to cancel at short notice, or when guests fail to arrive, we will try to re-let your booking, however if we are unsuccessful then you will be responsible for the balance owing.
