Cancellation of bookings is required at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. If cancellation occurs within the 48 hour time frame or you fail to arrive for your booking then a fee of one nights tariff will be charged to the Credit Card provided. Reservations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival and then cancelled will be charged one night's tariff. For Group bookings (3 or more units) this is extended to 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
